Emerging Sounds of the Bazaar - LIVE at Leeds

Pleased to say the Emerging Sounds of the Bazaar Radio show will be going out with a special Alt C LIVE AT LEEDS show next Tuesday. We will be broadcasting the the Emerge social at the Jisc stand in the sports hall.
The social starts at 17.15 and we will go live at 17.25. George Roberts will be saying a few words and then I will be wandering in the crowd (at last I hope its a crowd) talking to you about all that is new and great in educational technology. Or anything else you want to talk about for that matter. And hopefully we'll be bringing in listeners form all over Europe and further afield to ask their questions. Don't miss it (rumours say there is free wine :))
I'm looking forward to hearing this, and also taking part. I know Graham has me roped into some kind of shenanigans called 'Just a Minute', which I am told is a panel game. I'm expecting it to be fun, but also strangely humiliating at the same time...

Hi Steve and all you oher happy edubloggers. Yes we are certainly broadcasting live. Not quite sure of the format yet - it depends a bit on the space we have. But if any of you would like to come and help plan the show we will meet in the bar n Monday night at 8 o'clock. And that is also an open invitation to any AltCers whi want to try their hand at live inetrent radio brioadacsting. Come and join the crew. I am told we will have three microphes so there is plent to go round. Or - if you'd like to be on the show - broadcasting LIVE from Leeds - just turn up at the social with your best voice on.
